Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By enrolling in any course, membership, or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Online Courses — Detailed Policy

Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund on self-paced online courses if:
  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the total course content

  • No certificate has been issued for the course

  • Eligible: Purchased on March 1 → Request refund by March 7 with less than 20% watched.

Ineligibility
Refunds will NOT be issued for online courses if:
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date

  • You have accessed 20% or more of the course content

  • A certificate has already been generated for the course

  • The course was purchased during a special discount, offer, or scholarship program (unless otherwise stated)

  • Not Eligible: Purchased on March 1, accessed 50% of videos, requesting refund on March 5.

Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are either full (100%) or none, based on the eligibility criteria above.

Live Sessions & Webinars

For paid live sessions, workshops, or webinars:
  • Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time

  • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session

  • No refund if you attended the session (even partially)

  • If AI Digital Tamizha cancels or reschedules a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session

  • Rescheduled sessions: If we reschedule a session and you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the notice period.

Monthly Community Membership

Cancellation
Our monthly memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle. You can cancel your membership at any time through:
  • Sending a cancellation request to support@aidigitaltamizha.com

  • Messaging us on our WhatsApp support number

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the community until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Refund on Memberships

We do not offer refunds on membership fees already charged for the current billing month. This applies even if:
  • You did not actively participate in the community

  • You did not attend live sessions included in the membership

  • You decide to cancel mid-month

  • To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your next billing date.

Digital Downloads (Ebooks, Templates, Toolkits)

All sales of digital downloadable content are final. No refunds are offered once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. This includes:
  • AI learning ebooks

  • Prompt engineering templates

  • Business automation toolkits

  • Career planning worksheets

Corporate Training Programs

Refund terms for corporate training engagements (companies, institutions, or bulk enrollments) are governed by the specific agreement signed between AI Digital Tamizha and the client organization.
In the absence of a written agreement, the following default terms apply:
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before training: 75% refund

  • Cancellation 7–14 days before training: 50% refund

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before training: No refund

  • Training already delivered: No refund

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us
Send your refund request to with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course Name]”

Step 2: Provide Required Details
Include the following in your email:

  • Full name and registered email address

  • Order ID or payment transaction reference

  • Course or product name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

Step 3: Review Process

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with the decision. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Step 4: Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to:
  • UPI / Bank account (original payment source)

  • Credit/Debit card (may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank)

  • If original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative with your consent

  • Please note: Payment gateway processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount, typically 2–3%.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Technical Issues
If you were unable to access course content due to a technical fault on our platform, please contact us immediately. We will either fix the issue or offer a full refund regardless of the standard window.
Duplicate Payments
If you were charged twice for the same course due to a payment error, please contact us with both transaction references. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 3 business days.
Promotional / Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased during limited-time offers, scholarships, or free/discounted access programs are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Repeat Refund Requests
Repeated refund requests from the same user across multiple courses may be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts with a pattern of purchasing and refunding.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
  • You changed your mind after accessing significant course content

  • You found similar content available elsewhere for free

  • You did not complete the course due to personal reasons unrelated to content quality

  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to Terms & Conditions violations

  • You failed to cancel a subscription before the renewal date

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages)
