Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 15 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Have a valid email address and/or WhatsApp number for communication

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Parents or guardians may register on behalf of learners aged 13–17 with full responsibility for their participation.

Account Registration

To access courses and community features, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, phone number, and relevant professional background. You are responsible for:

Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access free trials repeatedly, or abuse referral programs is strictly prohibited.

Course Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the purchased course or membership for the duration specified. Course content is for your personal learning only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Content Updates
We regularly update our course content to reflect the latest AI developments. Enrolled students receive access to updated versions of their enrolled courses at no additional charge during their active membership period.
Certificates
Digital certificates are awarded upon successful completion of a course, including passing any required assessments. Certificates confirm course completion and do not constitute formal academic qualifications unless explicitly stated

Payments & Fees

Pricing
Course and membership fees are listed on our website and may vary by segment and program. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)

  • Net banking and debit/credit cards

  • Payment links shared via WhatsApp or email

  • Third-party payment gateways (Razorpay or equivalent)

Subscription Billing
Monthly community memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Enrolled students will not be charged more for their current enrollment period. New pricing applies to future enrollments or renewals.

Refund Policy

General Refund Terms
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content

  • No refund after 7 days of purchase or if significant course content has been accessed

  • No refund for downloaded digital resources (ebooks, templates, toolkits)

  • Monthly memberships: No refund for the current billing month once charged

How to Request a Refund
Email your refund request to with your order ID, registered email, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of course content misuse, violation of these Terms, or repeated refund requests from the same account.

Intellectual Property

Our Content
All content on the AI Digital Tamizha platform — including videos, course materials, slides, ebooks, templates, graphics, scripts, and branding — is owned by or licensed to AI Digital Tamizha and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

Prohibited Actions
You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or materials without written permission

  • Screen-record, download, or share paid content with non-enrolled individuals

  • Use our content to create competing courses or training programs

  • Use AI Digital Tamizha's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent

  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any of our content

Your Content

Community Standards & Conduct

WhatsApp & Online Communities
As part of your enrollment, you may be added to WhatsApp groups or online learning communities. By participating, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully in Tamil, English, or Regional language

  • Not share spam, promotional content, or unrelated links

  • Not record or screenshot private conversations without consent

  • Support fellow learners and maintain a positive learning environment

  • Follow instructions from community moderators and instructors

Prohibited Behavior
The following actions may result in immediate removal from communities and suspension of your account:

  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language toward any member

  • Sharing pirated or illegal content

  • Attempting to solicit students for competing services

  • Sharing login credentials with others

  • Any conduct that disrupts the learning environment

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AI Digital Tamizha and its founders, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform

  • Loss of income, data, or business opportunities related to our courses

  • Technical failures, interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account

  • Actions of third-party platforms or tools referenced in our content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our support team.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Modifications to Terms

AI Digital Tamizha reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Notify enrolled users via email or WhatsApp announcement

Your continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Digital Tamizha at our discretion if you:

  • Violate any of these Terms and Conditions

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

  • Attempt to compromise platform security or other users' accounts

Upon termination, your access to courses and communities will be revoked. Any outstanding fees remain payable. We will not issue refunds in cases of termination due to Terms violations.
